Where we ship
We currently ship to Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Shipping costs
Shipping within Germany is free. For all other destinations, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery times
- Germany: approx. 5–8 business days
- Austria, Belgium, Netherlands: approx. 7 business days
- France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland: approx. 9 business days
- United Kingdom, United States: approx. 9 business days
Each print is made to order, so please allow for production time in addition to shipping.
Who prints and ships your order
Your prints are produced by WhiteWall, a premium fine art print lab based in Germany, and shipped directly to you.
Shipping costs by paper type
Our prints are made on different fine art papers, some of which are heavier than others. Black-and-white prints, in particular, are often printed on a heavier baryta paper. Because shipping costs are calculated by weight, orders containing these heavier prints — especially larger sizes or multiple prints in one order — may fall into a slightly higher shipping bracket than lighter papers. This is reflected transparently in the shipping cost shown at checkout.
Shipping outside the EU
For orders shipped to the United Kingdom or the United States, please note that additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply upon import. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout — they are the responsibility of the customer.
Packaging
All prints are carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve it.
